Bonds serve as investment vehicles, generating predictable cash flows. In Mongolia, asset-backed securities (ABS) yield between 14.5% and 19.2%, while open bonds offer returns ranging from 18% to 19.2%. Closed bonds, on the other hand, provide yields in the range of 18% to 24%.
The Ashid Bonds Fund is a private investment vehicle designed to achieve fixed income by diversifying investments in bonds within the over-the-counter (OTC) market. It addresses liquidity and reinvestment challenges that investors face while aiming for the high returns mentioned above.
The long-term target yield is the policy rate plus 5.0%. Target return for 2024 is 18%
Dividends are distributed quarterly.
